In January-September 2021, wood pulp export from Russia decreased by 9.3%

In January-September 2021, the volume of wood pulp export from Russia decreased by 9.3% YoY, reaching 1.537 million tons, as reported by the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation. The value of foreign supplies increased by 34.3% to $978 million.

Newsprint paper export over the reporting period reduced both in physical terms — by 21%, down to 679,500 tons — and in monetary terms — by 5.3%, down to $275.9 million.
