In January-July 2021, wood pulp export from Russia decreased by 4.2%

In January-July 2021, the volume of wood pulp export from Russia decreased by 4.2% YoY, reaching 1.218 million tons, as reported by the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation. The value of foreign supplies increased by 33.9% to $736.8 million.

Newsprint paper export over the reporting period reduced both in physical terms — by 19.7%, down to 537,600 tons — and in monetary terms — by 9.3%, down to $207 million.
