“Vostochnaya torgovaya kompaniya” prematurely implemented the investment project worth 110 million rubles for the establishment of woodworking complex in Sovetsko-Gavansky district of the Khabarovsk territory

The resident of the free port purchased new equipment for deep processing of coniferous wood and has already begun to produce specialized lumber, the press service of the Fast East Development  Corporation reports.

“Obtaining the status of a resident of the SPV helped our company to get a loan from the industry development Fund in the amount of 90 million rubles at only 1 %. These funds are aimed at the purchase of new equipment for the implementation of the investment project under the agreement concluded with JSC “Corporation for the development of the Far East” – said the General Director of LLC “Eastern trading company” Denis Marchenko.

As part of the project, “Vostochnaya torgovaya kompaniya” LLC also plans to produce pellets (fuel pellets). The resident signed a contract for the supply of equipment with a group of companies in Tver. In May of this year, it is expected to install the equipment with the participation of a group of specialists of the manufacturer for the control start of machines and training of specialists of the company. It is also planned to increase the staff by hiring another 170 specialists.

Recall, the territory of the Sovietsko-Havansky municipal district became the place of implementation of projects of residents with special preferential treatment in July 2018. Currently, residents of the free port of Vladivostok in the Khabarovsk territory have invested more than 17 billion rubles in the region’s economy, creating 230 jobs.
