A timber processing center worth 1 billion rubles to open in the Khabarovsk region

Tumninsky Priisk LLC, in cooperation with the Russian Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, intends to open a facility for the production of sawn timber, veneer, plywood, papercrete blocks, and wood pellets with a capacity of over 200,000 m³ of products per year in the Imeni Lazo district of the Khabarovsk region. The value of the investment project will be of 1 billion rubles. The production site is scheduled to be put into operation at the end of 2024.

The status of a resident of Khabarovsk Advanced Special Economic Zone will help the potential investor to launch the priority project aimed at the development of the forest sector and value-added timber processing in a timely manner.
