Tomsklesprom Xudong LLC (China) will launch a plywood plant based on the Asinovsky LPK by the end of 2020

LLC Tomsklesprom Syudun was registered on May 28 in Asino. The founders were Xudong LLC (51%) and Henda-Sibir LLC (49%). Henda-Siberia LLC is registered in the Teguldetsky district of the Tomsk region and is engaged in logging. The company is part of the Chinese holding AVIC Forestry.

RusKitInvest JSC was registered in 2008 to manage the timber industry project. 53% of the company belongs to the Chinese state institution “Investment Attraction Management of the Yantai SEZ”, the remaining 47% is owned by Henda-Sibir LLC. In the framework of the investment project for the construction of the Asinovsky Timber Processing Plant, the company introduced several plants: for the production of veneer sheets, for the production of edged boards, for the production of MDF.
