In January-April 2020, Russian wood pulp exports grew by 8.4%

According to the Federal Customs Service of Russia, in January-April 2020, the volume of wood pulp exports increased by 8.4% YoY to 767,600 tons. In value terms, exports fell by 18.2% YoY to $ 325.5 million.

Over the same period, newsprint paper lost 9.7% YoY of export shipments (386,400 tons), the most significant drop in value terms was 38.1% YoY to $ 133.9 million.
