Setles LLC completed a priority investment project in the forest sector in Karelia

The value of investments in the assets of Stora Enso amounted to 459 million rubles: 388 million rubles were invested in a sawmill and 71 million rubles – in the development of the forest infrastructure.

In total, the renovation of the enterprise took about 3 years and affected all of its divisions. As a result, Setles LLC increased its sawing capacity to 165,000-170,000 m³ per year and the output of wood pellets – to 25,000 tons per year. To implement the project, forest areas of 65.6 ha with an AAC of 122,400 m³ were allocated for long-term lease in Pitkyarantsky district.
