Sakhalin Engineering will open a new house kits production venue in the Khabarovsk Region

Sakhalin Engineering will start producing house kits by the wall frame technology in 2022, on some of the premises of Khabarovsk Shipbuilding Yard, as reported by the press office of the Governor and the Government of the Khabarovsk Region. The capacity of the new production site is expected to exceed 200 house kits per year. An area of 15,000 m² will be provided to Sakhalin Engineering on a leasehold basis with a purchase option. The company from Sakhalin is ready to become a potential participant of “Far East Resident’s Home” construction cluster and project.

The enterprise’s key production facilities are currently located on Sakhalin. Its maximum output is about 25,000 m² per year.
