An investment project on comprehensive private housing development using MHM technology began in Yakutsk

The project is implemented by the Republic Mortgage Agency. By the end of 2021, 5 individual residential wooden houses will be built in Yakutsk by the German MHM (Massiv Holz Mauer) technology. 27 more houses like that with the area of 90-100 m² are supposed to be built next year. About 200 houses have already been built in Yakutia by the MHM technology, some of them in Arctic areas.
