Segezha Group is growing its assets in the Krasnoyarsk Region

Segezha Group purchased Taiga LLC and Yeniseyskiye Polya in the Krasnoyarsk Region from Rockwell Capital via Segezha Sibir, its subsidiary, in order to build a pulp and paper mill in Lesosibirsk, as reported by RBC referencing a Segezha Group representative. This information is confirmed by SPARK reference and analytical system. Rockwell Capital was previously planning to build two pulp and paper mills of its own in this region. According to RBC, Segezha Group also completed purchasing Sibirsky Les and BackHill companies with timber assets in the Krasnoyarsk Region. The details of these deals are not disclosed.
