More than 1.5 thousand companies will exhibit at the upcoming Ligna-2019 exhibition in Hannover in May
According to the press service of the organizer of the exhibition Deutsche Messe, in May this year, more than 1,500 companies will gather in Hanover to demonstrate the technologies of the forest and woodworking industry, which will become relevant in the future.
“In 2019, Ligna will once again become the most popular place to showcase industry innovations, and many exhibitors even plan their product development cycles in such a way that they correspond to the time of the exhibition every two years. Here, at the Exhibition center of Hanover, from 27 to 31 May 2019, exhibitors from more than 50 countries will gather to demonstrate new technologies, materials, and equipment for forestry and woodworking industry. The presence of all the world’s leading technology providers will make Hannover during these five days of General meeting place for all industries working with a tree,” – said Dr. Andreas Gruchow, member of the Board of Deutsche Messe, at the preliminary press conference Ligna.
Visitors will be able to learn about innovations in all exhibition categories, including timber technologies, furniture, and window production, tool systems, and surface treatment technologies. They will also see live demonstrations of furniture production, learn about the Internet of things platforms for industry 4.0.
