Kastamonu company introduced in Germany, production plant in Tatarstan

In January 2019, Kastamonu presented wood-Board products from the plant in the SEZ “Alabuga” to the world industry community at the Domotex exhibition in Germany. Visitors and guests of the event were shown new collections of laminate Floorpan and Artfloor, produced at the facilities of the company in the Republic of Tatarstan. Only at the stand of a group of companies Kastamonu has screened more than 200 product samples.

Within the framework of this event, Kastamonu specialists held a series of working meetings with the world’s largest manufacturers of floor coverings, materials for the construction industry, studying the novelties of the season and world trends in interior design. The Domotex exhibition in Hanover gives a complete picture of the palette of offers of the world market of floor coverings. About one and a half thousand exhibitors from more than 60 countries demonstrate trends and innovations that determine market prospects. Kastamonu specialists studied the range and discussed options for new decors and products with key industry representatives, who, in turn, noted the high quality and modern design of the laminate flooring.

Recall, to date, the design capacity for the production of laminate 31-33 class (based on HDF plates) at the Kastamonu plant in the SEZ “Alabuga” is 35 million m2 per year.
