In January 2019, Pestovsky LPK broke all records: the volume of sawn timber production exceeded 30 thousand cubic meters

For the first time in the history of the Pestovo timber industry, all production indicators were exceeded, most of which in January exceeded 130% of the planned volume. This is reported by the press service of the group company “ULK”.

Sorting of round timber amounted to more than 67 thousand cabs.m, sawing of sawlogs of 60 thousand cubic meters, production of sawn timber of natural humidity – more than 30 thousand cubic meters; drying of sawn timber– 27 thousand cubic meters, sorting of sawn timber – 25 thousand cubic meters.

Recall that the group of companies “ULK” includes enterprises engaged in harvesting, deep processing of wood, utilization of sawmill waste and reforestation. The activities of enterprises form a closed cycle of forest management. The total number of employees of the group of companies today is 5,290 people, and in the near future, the group of companies will grow to 7,500 people.
