First boiler house running on biofuel was started up in the test mode in the Primorsky Region

The startup and commissioning operations on the core equipment of the new boiler house running on wood pellets began in the Novopokrovka village, Krasnoarmeysky District, according to the press office of the Government of the Primorsky Region.

The new boiler house will replace the badly worn boiler house running on fuel oil and provide heat to homes and social facilities. Biofuel will be supplied by a local producer. The facility’s full-scale commissioning is scheduled for Q2 2025.
