The investment project on timber harvesting and wood processing in the Isetsky District is being implemented by TekhnoModel LLC, as reported by the local mass media. By the end of 2021, a wood pellets production line is supposed to be installed at the plant; further plans include launching two more lines whose startup will take wood waste processing volume to the level of at least 36,000 t per year.

The investment project on creating a timber enterprise with a full wood processing cycle in the Isetsky District has been implemented since 2016; at the time, its value was estimated at 175 million rubles. In 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Trade put it on the list of priority projects in the forest sector. The plant is involved in wood harvesting, production of hardwood and softwood sawn timber, plywood raw materials and container planks. After the new line is commissioned, it will start producing wood pellets; further plans include sawn timber and house building elements production. The investment project is expected to be completed in 2023.

In 2020, the company harvested and sold about 74,000 m³ of timber. The product is mostly sold in the Tyumen Region and partly exported to Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.
