Volga paper mill to receive 1.5 billion rubles for the development of packaging paper production

The Industrial Development Fund (IDF) will provide Volga (the town of Balakhna, Nizhny Novgorod region) a preferential loan of 1.5 billion rubles, as the press office of the regional government reports. The loaned funds will be used for the technical re-equipment, expansion and launch of the previously mothballed paper machine. Additional production capacity will total 140,000 tons of products per year. 172 jobs will be created during the implementation of the project.
