23 February 2022 ` 15:53

Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill plans to build the first machine for the production of waste paperboard (KDM-4) within its industrial site. The machine will run on secondary fiber, which is an innovation in the corporate environmental agenda. The capacity of KDM-4 will be 400 thousand tons of products per year. The project is focused on the implementation of the testliner and fluting both for its own corrugated production, Arkhbum JSC, and for all existing consumers of these products. The new products of APPM will be supplied mainly to the domestic market.

As a result of the launch of the fourth machine, the capacity of the Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill for the production of containerboard will exceed one million tons of products per year.
