VLP Group acquired Hasslacherles

Group Vologodskiye Lesopromyshlenniki has closed the deal to acquire Hasslacherles LLC, as reports the press office of the company located in the town of Vologda. The enterprise is located in the Novgorod region and is engaged in the production of sawn timber (including planed timber), chips and wood pellets. The transaction value has not been disclosed.

According to VLP Group, the annual capacity of the sawmill line of the new asset allows processing up to 500,000 m³ of raw materials. Hasslacherles is a leaseholder of over 125,000 ha of forest fund in the Malovishersky district and harvests over 275,000 m³ of roundwood per year.
