15 June 2021 ` 18:08

After some waffling by suppliers, sharply decreased sales volumes, and strong push-back from customers, this week the wholesaler price of benchmark construction framing dimension softwood lumber item Western Spruce-Pine-Fir KD 2×4 #2&Btr, for the week ending June 11, 2020, dropped dramatically to $1,275 mfbm (net FOB sawmill), down by -$325, or a full -$26, from last week when it was $1,600.
