The company “Asia-Les” was fined for violation of the terms of the lease of the forest area for 40 thousand rubles

The Prosecutor’s office of Tuguro-Chumikansky district has checked compliance with the legislation in the field of forest management by forest tenants. In violation of the terms of the concluded forest lease agreement, the organization does not fulfill the obligation to pay the lease within the terms stipulated by the agreement. In addition, the organization does not develop and does not submit to the forest management of  Khabarovsk Krai government a forest development project.

It is established that LLC ”Azia-Les” leases 25 hectares of the wood in the territory of the Tuguro-Chumikansky municipal area for preparation of wood.

By results of the check by Prosecutor’s office of the area to the head of LLC ”Azia-Les” representation about the elimination of violations is brought. Also, by order of the Prosecutor, the logging company was brought to administrative responsibility under part 4 of article 8.25 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (use of forests in violation of the forest lease agreement) and fined 40 thousand rubles. As a result of the measures taken, violations of the law were eliminated.
