SVEZA signed a General contract with the company “STEP” in the amount of more than a billion rubles

SVEZA signed a General contract for the reconstruction of the plywood plant ”SVEZA Novator” with the leading St. Petersburg construction company step. The amount of investment will exceed one billion rubles.

The work is carried out within the framework of the investment project “Innovator +52”, aimed at expanding plywood production by 52 thousand m3 per year. The modernization of the plant “SVEZA Novator” includes the construction of extensions to the production building, the construction of a new three-storey administrative and household complex, a separate building for the production of glue, an additional entrance to the territory, Parking lots and other infrastructure.

Plant “SVEZA Novator” is located in the village of Novator of the Vologda region. The building area will exceed 4 hectares, the total area of buildings and structures will be about 16 thousand m2. Construction will be completed by the end of 2019.

As noted by Anatoly Frishman, General Director of SVEZA, ” modernization of production sites is among the main priorities of our company. Signing a contract with  LLC ”STEP” will help us to achieve our long-term goals for the development of the company, significantly increase production and improve working conditions for our employees.”
