Segezha Group will build a multi-storey building from CLT in the Irkutsk Region

VEB.RF, together with Segezha Group, is implementing a project for the construction of a wooden multi-storey residential building in Baikalsk, Irkutsk Region, Interfax reports. The customer is VEB.RF, the design is carried out by Bazis LLC (part of the Segezha Group). The timber holding will manufacture and supply a house kit of CLT panels. It is planned to build a four-storey building with an area of 1600 m² for 28 apartments. Construction will start in 2022.
