Segezha Group announced a project of first multi-storey houses made of CLT panels in Russia

Mikhail Shamolin, President of Segezha Group, announced at “Russian Forest” 26th International Forum and Exhibition that the Group was going to build a residential estate of two four-storey houses in Sokol, Vologda Region, for their employees’ families. The houses will be built of CLT panels and have 32 apartments each. The project is supposed to be implemented by the end of 2022.

The only Group enterprise currently producing CLT panels is Sokol CLT plant in the town of Sokol. Its capacity is 50,000 m³.
