Russia increased wood-based panels production in January-September 2021

According to data from the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) in January-September 2021, plywood production in Russia increased by 9% YoY to 3.4 mln m³. The output of fiberboard (including MDF/HDF/flooring) also increased by 16.1% YoY to 546 mln conv. m², and particleboard (including OSB) by 19.9% YoY to 8.5 mln conv. m³.
