Russia increased wood-based panels production in January-July 2021

According to data from the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) in January-July 2021, plywood production in Russia increased by 10.9% YoY to 2.6 mln m³. The output of fiberboard (including MDF/HDF/flooring) also increased by 20.7% YoY to 420 mln conv. m², and particleboard (including OSB) by 26.5% YoY to 6.5 mln conv. m³.
