Russia increased wood-based panels production in January-April 2021

According to data from the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) in January-April 2021, plywood production in Russia increased by 16.1% YoY to 1.5 mln m³. The output of fiberboard (including MDF/HDF/flooring) also increased by 18.4% YoY to 229 mln conv. m², and particleboard (including OSB) by 21.3% YoY to 3.5 mln conv. m³.
