Rosleskhoz: the time of reviewing forest use reports reduced from 5 to 4 work days

10 September 2024 ` 17:09

Starting from September 1, 2024, the procedure of filling out and submitting a forest use report will be different, according to the press office of the Federal Forestry Agency (Rosleskhoz). This industry-specific document previously had to be signed with an enhanced qualified signature and inspected within 5 work days. Now, forest users will be able to use a simple electronic signature or an enhanced non-qualified electronic signature.

These changes are supposed to simplify the procedure of signing and submitting a forest use report for forest users. To procure and use a simple electronic signature, you only need to sign up on the Gosuslugi web portal.

Besides, the shorter review time of this document by regional forest authorities will enable forest area leaseholders to start operations faster, Rosleskhoz believes.

The time of reviewing forest use reports for forests located on defense and security lands also reduced from 9 to 8 work days.
