Procedure of submitting a forest use report will be simplified from September 1, 2024

At the moment, forest users can only sign this industry-specific document with an enhanced qualified electronic signature, but starting from September 1, 2024, they will be able to do that with a basic electronic signature.

The corresponding amendments were introduced in Order of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources No. 303. The document review time was also reduced from 5 to 4 working days in the updated order.
