Rosleskhoz: “the Money for the indexation of wages of forestry workers laid in the budget”

The Federal Forestry Agency reports that in pursuance of the decree Of the President of the Russian Federation of may 7, 2018 “on national goals and strategic objectives of development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024” the national project “Ecology” was formed, which includes the state program “Forest Conservation”. The aim of the project is to provide an absolute balance of forest disposal and reproduction by 2024. By the order of the Government of the Russian Federation, the term of implementation of the state program is prolonged till 2024.

The new edition of the state program contains changes in two directions: the structure of the document is corrected and the system of indicators (indicators) is optimized, including taking into account integration into the Federal project. The proposed version optimizes the composition of the targets, from 35 to 21, for both the programme as a whole and each of the subprogrammes. In addition, the values of indicators are calculated, including the sections providing information on the advanced development of priority territories of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with the Budget code of the Russian Federation, the resource provision of the state program is brought into line with the Federal law No. 459-FZ “on the Federal budget for 2019 and the planning period 2020 and 2021”. So for 2019, financing is planned in the amount of 39 billion rubles, which is 5.3 billion more than in 2018. 2020 – 40.1 billion rubles, 2021 – a total of 40.9 billion rubles, respectively.

Additional funding is provided for the indexation of wages to forestry workers, for the purchase of forest patrol equipment and equipment from the Federal budget by the subjects of the Russian Federation (for 2019 in the amount of 499.2 million rubles, for 2020-630.2 million rubles, for 2021 – 630.2 million rubles), as well as to update the material and technical base of the division of the FBU “Avialesokhrana”in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the amount of 13.1 million rubles (annually), automotive equipment of territorial bodies of Rosleskhoz in the amount of 60.8 million rubles in 2019 and annually 40.0 million rubles in 2020-2021 years.

On implementation of actions of the Federal project “preservation of the woods” allocations from the Federal budget for acquisition of forest equipment in 2019-2020 in the volume of 650 million rubles (annually) are provided, – the head of Department of long-term planning and forecasting in forestry Alexander Chuev notes. – For the purchase of forest fire equipment in the amount of 3550 million rubles (annually), as well as measures to increase the area of reforestation in the amount of 100 million rubles in 2019 and 150 million. in 2020-2021 (annually), and on the inventory of the lands of forest Fund demanding reforestation in 2019-2021 in the volume of 100 million rubles annually.
