Rosleskhoz: “Almost one billion rubles Department of Forestry of the Kostroma region joined the budget of the Russian Federation”

In 2018, economic entities transferred to the budget system of the Russian Federation revenues administered by the Department in the amount of 999.2 million rubles, which is 303.0 million rubles more than the level established at the end of 2017. This was reported in the FFA.

At present, one of the priorities of the Department of Forestry of the Kostroma region is to mobilize revenue from the payment for the use of forests in the budgets of all levels, including through the involvement of unused forest areas in the turnover.

In the structure of incoming revenues, the principal amount 893,9 million (89.5 %) accounted for the payments under the lease contracts of forest plots. Payments under contracts for the sale of forest plantations amounted to 66.3 million rubles (6.6%). The remaining amount of 39 million rubles (3.9 %) was transferred by violators of forest legislation, as well as unscrupulous tenants in terms of compensation of the penalty debt.
