Prices for Russian wood-based panels continue to grow rapidly in June 2021

In June 2021, prices for wood-based panels continued growing in the Russian market of construction materials. According to “Market of Wood-Based Panels in Russia” review, OSB made by Kronospan became 58% more expensive in retail compared to last month; it now costs 63,900 rubles/m³ – a 3.6 times price growth compared to last year. Sort 4/4 square plywood grew by 17.8% MoM, up to 37,900 rubles/m³. Fiberboard price increased by 28.1% MoM, up to 33,500 rubles/m³. All prices are VAT exclusive.
