Pfeifer successfully completes the second expansion stage at the CLT plant in Schlitz

The cross laminated timber plant of the Pfeifer Group, which went into operation at the beginning of 2020, is doubling its capacity to 100,000 m³ annually this year as planned. In order to increase the joinery performance and product quality, a second finger jointing system and a completely new joinery system were recently installed. The total cost is €6 million. Pfeifer CLT is used, among other things, in a mega timber construction project in Frankfurt.
