Sveza will invest about 6 billion rubles in the expansion of production

31 May 2019 ` 14:35

According to the corporate press service, Sveza is implementing the investment project “Novator +52”, which provides for the construction of a high-tech full-cycle production line in partnership with the Japanese company Hashimoto Denki and will increase the production of plywood by 52 thousand cubic meters annually. At the same time, the existing equipment is being modernized.

The total investment is more than 85 million dollars (about 6 billion rubles), the payback period is six and a half years.

The new full-cycle production line – from sorting of raw materials to packaging of finished products – will produce large-format laminated plywood and other high-margin products. It is important to note that the installed equipment meets the high requirements for reliability, resource saving, material and labor intensity due to the maximum automation of technological processes and efficient use of raw materials.

The implementation of the project “Novator +52” will not only increase production and improve the competitiveness of the group “Sveza” in the world market as a whole, but also to solve a number of important social problems: to create more than 100 new jobs for residents of the Vologda region and tens of millions of rubles to increase tax payments to the budgets of different levels.
