MoloPak started up a new production site worth 1.3 billion rubles in the Moscow Region

MoloPak started up a new production venue to make aseptic packaging in Chekhov, a town near Moscow, according to Interfax.

Timur Guschin, CEO at MoloPak LLC, noted that the plant had already been producing packaging for 20 years. The first site makes 800 million packages per year; the second one will produce 1.2 billion packages per year. The value of investments in launching the new venue reached 1.3 billion rubles. 110 jobs will be created at the facility.

The Industrial Development Fund of the Russian Federation supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Government of the Moscow Region has reportedly granted the company a subsidized loan of 600 million rubles to start up Shop 2 and an additional 900 million rubles for Shop 3.

The company is planning to commission its third venue in summer 2026. The annual packaging production volume will exceed 2.2 billion rubles, and the investment will reach 2.6 billion rubles.
