Luzales is planning to open an MDF production site in Komi

According to Valentin Rozhok, Director General at Luzales, this is a new project for the company by all accounts – both by the investment value and by the product; the company has never produced MDF boards before. Whereas the project’s budget efficiency is estimated at over 1.5 billion rubles even now.

The plant will be located in the Syktyvdinsky District. The investment project is going to be implemented in 2022-2027. Luzales is currently looking for a suitable land plot. Project implementation is expected to require around 20 billion rubles and create more than 400 new jobs.
