27 August 2020 ` 18:38

The company’s press office informs that papermaking machine No. 7 of Kama PPM (Krasnokamsk, Perm region) produced the first batch of base paper for wallpaper production weighing 80 g/m².

New products in batches of 40, 100, and 160 tons were successively manufactured during a series of tests. The paper was shipped to Permskiye Oboi Trading House LLC to be used as a top layer of double wallpaper. The qualitative characteristics of new products were corrected and improved from batch to batch together with the client.

Kama PPM uses aspen thermomechanical pulp as raw material for all types of its paper.
