A new transfer line for chip feeding was launched in Krasnokamsk (Perm Region), at KAMA Paper and Cardboard (KAMA Group). The line connecting the wood yard complex with shops producing bleached chemical and thermomechanical pulp consists of two parallel conveyor lines. The total duration of the longer line from BCTMP 1 Shop that includes 5 conveyors exceeds 900 m.

Russia’s first investment project on creating import substitution production of coated FBB (Folding Box Board) from bleached chemical and thermomechanical pulp (BCTMP) is under implementation at the premises of KAMA Paper and Cardboard. After reaching its design capacity, FBB production output will reach 220,000 tons per year. The project is funded by Otkritie Bank.
