JAF Group sells veneer production in Braşov to Unilin

The JAF Group has announced the sale of the veneer production in Braşov, Romania to the Belgian flooring manufacturer Unilin. The sale and production of lumber and thermo-wood on site by the JAF Group remain unaffected. The sales activities of the veneer division at the trading location in Braşov will continue.

The contract was concluded after a thorough due diligence check and successful production tests. The actual sale or acquisition by Unilin is subject to conditions precedent and approval by the authorities.
