Estonian investors to build a sawmill in Kirov region

Kirov, January 17. New lumber mill will be launched in Oparinskiy municipality of Kirov region. The project is originated by Lesnoy Put LLC and funded by private investors from Estonia. Total investment scope of the project is around €5 million.

The sawmill with German equipment and warehouse for ready products are already built on the site. The company now plans to build the drying department, a boiler and a railroad line to ship the goods.

Rated capacity of this sawmill will be up to 70,000 cu m of edge-sawn lumber. First products are to be produced already in the first quarter of this year.
