CPM company completed the acquisition of Firma Vesta LLC

The enterprise will become part of Polotnyany Zavod Paper Manufacture, which will increase the output of corrugated cardboard, expand the range of products made from it and, in the future, become one of the leading domestic producers of corrugated packaging.

Firma Vesta LLC has been operating in the corrugated cardboard market since 1990. Its first production facility was founded in the town of Khimki of the Moscow region; another plant was built in the town of Kondrovo of the Kaluga region in 2000. The company successfully produces packaging from corrugated and micro-corrugated cardboard. The enterprise has modern imported equipment for the production of corrugated boxes, custom-made corrugated products, and self-folding corrugated packaging with the possibility of printing using up to four colors.
