Biofuel, cardboard, and paper are included in the list of recycled products whose producers will receive additional government support
As of March 1, 2024, Russian producers of biofuel, cardboard, and paper using recycled materials will be entitled to government support measures within the Industry Development and Competitiveness Improvement state program and the subsidized loans program by the Industrial Development Fund. The corresponding executive order was signed by Mikhail Mishustin, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The list also includes various types of cement and concrete, dry mortars, glass fiber and plastic products, mineral wool, rubber crumb surfaces, rubber tiles, putties and sealants, roofing, and waterproofing materials. The minimum percentage of recycled raw materials that has to be used in production is specified for each product type in this document.
