Alexander Kozlov became Head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the order on appointing Alexander Kozlov Minister of Natural Resources and Environment. Mr. Kozlov used to be Head of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic from 2018.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin previously nominated Alexander Kozlov to the State Duma as a candidate for Minister of Natural Resources and Environment at a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers.
