For 4 months of 2019, the enterprises of the timber industry of the Vologda region shipped products for 18.2 billion rubles

According to the regional press service, the enterprises of the timber industry complex prepared and sold wood in the amount of 4.1 billion rubles (110.8 % by 2018); shipped wood products – by 12.2 billion rubles (114.6 % by 2018); pulp and paper production – by 1.9 billion rubles (120.0 % by 2018).

As of May 1, 2019, the volume indices for the timber industry of the region amounted to: wood processing and wood products production – 118.3 %, paper and paper products production – 105.2 %, logging – 103.9 %.
