Raute receives orders from VMG Group

Raute Corporation has received orders worth approximately € 30 million from VMG Group in Lithuania. The orders consist of production machinery for a complete laminated veneer lumber (LVL) process, and the machines will be delivered to VMG’s upcoming LVL mill in Akmene, Lithuania during Q1 to Q3 of 2022. Production on the new lines will start in Q3 2022.

The equipment will be engineered and produced mainly in Raute’s main unit in Lahti, Finland, and in the company’s partner network. The grading and quality control equipment will be delivered by Raute’s units in Kajaani, Finland, and Pullman in Washington, United States.
