The Russian Government to permit mortgages for wooden houses

Victoria Abramchenko, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, announced this in her interview with NTV channel. The Deputy Prime Minister said that there are in total 65 enterprises in Russia that are engaged in the industrialized production of wooden house kits, and only 3% of houses are built in this way in our country.
