Segezha Group announces indicative price range for IPO and planned listing on Moscow Exchange

Segezha Group announces the indicative price range for its initial public offering and planned listing of ordinary shares on Moscow Exchange, and the publication of the offering memorandum in relation to the offering.

The indicative price range in respect of the offering has been set at between RUB 7.75 and RUB 10.25 per offer share. In the offering, the company expects to issue new shares representing up to an additional 32.4% of its current share capital, raising at least RUB 30 billion. This would result in an expected market capitalization for Segezha Group of between RUB 122.5 billion and RUB 152.4 billion on a post-money basis.

The final price in respect of the offering will be determined following a bookbuilding process that commences 21 April 2021. The offering price is expected to be announced on or around 28 April 2021. The ordinary shares of the Company are expected to be admitted to trading on the “Level 1” part of the List of Securities Admitted to Trading on Moscow Exchange under the symbol SGZH on or about 28 April 2021. Subject to acceleration or extension of the timetable for the Offering, trading on an “as-if-and-when-issued” basis in ordinary shares of the Company on Moscow Exchange is expected to commence on or about 28 April 2021.
