Plans to start bio coal production in the Leningrad Region

Len Ugol is launching bio coal production from wood processing industry waste with pyrolysis method in Lodeynoye Pole (Leningrad Region). The first stage involves launching a line with the capacity of 5,000 — 6,000 tons per year, with the investment value of $3.5 million. At the second stage, the capacity will increase to 10,000 — 12,000 tons and the investment, to $7 million. The company is planning to build two more big enterprises in the region, investing a total of at least $20 million.
