Smurfit Kappa to invest over 1 billion rubles to expand its production in the Leningrad region

Smurfit Kappa Group will upgrade its sites in Kommunar and Vsevolozhsk. The investments in the project will total over 1 billion rubles of own funds.

It is scheduled to start the works in the summer of 2021. Thanks to this, the total capacity of the enterprises will increase from 220 to 260 million m² of corrugated cardboard per year by 2025.
