PCBK upgrades BM-3

The Perm Pulp and Paper Company (PCBK) has completed the replacement of one of the key components of cardboard machine No. 3 (BM-3) — the pick-up roll. This unit transfers the paperboard web from the forming section to the press section and forms the first pressing zone, the corporate press service reports.

According to the company, the replacement will improve equipment stability, reduce the likelihood of downtime, and enhance product quality.
