On the territory of the Penza region for uncertain wood involved forest users

In 2019, the state forest inspectors of the Penza region pay special attention to the control over the activities of forest users for the removal of previously harvested wood.

As a result of the measures taken to control the non-removal of wood in a timely manner in respect of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs using forests and their officials initiated 21 cases of the administrative offense under Art. 8.25 part 1 of the Administrative Code.

For these violations provided administrative liability in the form of a fine of up to 100 000 rubles.

Not taken out wood leads to deterioration of a sanitary condition of the woods, interferes with carrying out forestry works, and also at the approach of the fire-dangerous period creates a threat of emergence of forest fires.

According to point 11 “Of rules of preparation of wood and features of preparation of wood in forest areas, the forest parks specified in article 23 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation” approved by the order of the Ministry of natural resources of Russia of 13.09.2016 No. 474 cutting of forest plantings, skidding, partial processing, storage, export of the prepared wood is performed by the person using the forest site for the purpose of preparation of wood, within 12 months from the date of the beginning of the declared period according to the forest Declaration.

In accordance with subparagraph “h” of paragraph 12 of the Rules is not allowed the leave not taken within the prescribed period of timber on the cutting area.
